The latest RAZR competitor is the NEC 500is and wow is it slick! At only 11.9 mm thick, the EDGE enabled GSM phone has a 176x220 LCD, a monochrome OLED secondary display, and a 1.3 megapixel camera, stuffed into it's slim frame. This may be a re-engineering of the NEC L1, but details are 'slim' now, yet we expect NEC to reveal more information on the 500is later this month during 3GSM in Barcelona.
