Earn your degree through your cell phone?

Now this is something we were waiting to happen. Japan now offers college courses through powerpoint presentation streaming on your cell phones. The university, Cyber University, is owned by Softbank (a mobile service provider in Japan). So far, the university managed to educate 1,850 students and offers almost 100 courses. Unfortunately, only one course is available through the mobile service, for now. I can picture young adults deciding to procrastinate on their school work and have their inbox clogged with assignments and homework later in the future.
