There is no denying that the iPod is the youth icon of our generation and if you don’t believe us then just have a look at all the frenzy it creates. Be ready for more media frenzy as the iPod phone may be on its way very soon. A source analyst in the reputable JP Morgan says that the company is working on an “iPod with phone functions” which should hit the stands by the end of the year.
This is very big news and the analyst in question, Hong Kong-based Johnny Chan says that the Taiwanese company Hon Hai will likely get this coveted contract. For the uninitiated it was Hon Hai which also made the iPod Nano. However to some this doesn’t come as a big surprise as Apple has been slowly venturing in to the Mobile Business through its collaboration with Motorola. Though nothing has been confirmed some concept images have appeared in the Pentagram for Business 2.0 magazine.
